Creator Levels
On Orakul, every contract creator progresses through a tier system. The more successful markets you've run, the higher creator fee you can charge your traders. This system protects new users from low-quality creators and rewards those who run high-quality markets.
Three tiers
Starting tier for every new creator. You can charge 0% or 2% creator fee on your markets' trading volume.
Unlocks an additional fee tier - you can now charge 0%, 2% or 5%.
Full range: 0%, 2%, 5% or 8% creator fee.
What counts as a «successful market»?
A market counts toward your tier progress only if it meets all three criteria:
- Market is resolved (final outcome declared);
- At least 2 unique traders other than you;
- Trades happened on both sides (Yes and No each must have at least one position).
Don't count: voided markets, one-sided markets (no bets on one side), markets where only you or only one other person traded.
When do promotions happen?
Instantly. The moment your market resolves, the system checks your total count of successful markets. If you've just crossed a tier threshold, your status is upgraded right there - no manual approvals, no waiting.
Can the tier go down?
No, never. Tier is permanent. If a market gets voided later for any reason, your status doesn't drop. Once earned - yours forever.
